San Angelo ISD middle and high schools, including Glenn Middle School, Lincoln Middle School, Lone Star Middle School, Central High School, Lake View High School, PAYS and DAEP, will be holding their annual “Schedule Pick-Up and Form Verification” back-to-school events on the following dates and times. “Schedule Pick-Up and Form Verification” is a chance for students and parents to get their class assignments (if registered), and tour their campus. "Meet the Teacher" is a great opportunity for students and parents to pick up class assignments, meet their teachers, drop off school supplies, and visit their classrooms. San Angelo ISD will be hosting two Enrollment Support Events in July to assist families with the registration and enrollment process for the upcoming school year. The enrollment support events will take place in the SAISD Administration Building (1621 University Ave.)

San Angelo ISD families can now access their students' preliminary STAAR and TELPAS assessment results through the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Family Portal, available through PowerSchool Parent Portal. In addition to viewing assessment results, families can access personalized resources designed to support learning at home and help students continue building on their academic progress.

The San Angelo ISD Board of Trustees approved elementary attendance boundary adjustments during the June 15, 2026, Regular Board Meeting in a 6-1 vote. The new attendance boundaries will take effect on July 1, 2027, beginning with the 2027-2028 school year.

For the 20th consecutive year, San Angelo ISD has earned the prestigious Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting (COE) award for meeting the program’s high standards for financial reporting and transparency. San Angelo ISD earned the COE for its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2025. The Certificate of Excellence is a national recognition awarded to school districts that demonstrate the highest standards of financial reporting and transparency.
