At SAISD, we work to help our students achieve their hopes and dreams, and Mr. Wilcox helps us to showcase our students in that journey as well as our educators who shine in developing our students. From excellent videography to capturing moments with still photography to creative out-of-the box and strategic thinking, he is a great communicator and true talent.”

TSPRA’s annual Star Awards recognize outstanding communicators in school districts for their work in the areas of print, electronic, and visual communications. Awards are given in 48 main categories covering various media such as newsletters, programs, posters, writing, photography, video, web sites, and more. Larger, more comprehensive projects are entered in one of ten Crystal Commendation categories.
